Un singur baton de ciocolata poate aduce schimbari dramatice si mutatii ale ADN-ului, arata un studiu recent realiat in Australia. Potrivit cercetatorilor, genele umane isi amintesc “bombardamentul” zaharului timp de cateva saptamani dupa ce acesta a intrat in sistem. Iar obiceiurile proaste constante isi pun definitiv amprenta asupra ADN-ului, se specifica in raportul publicat de Jurnalul de Medicina Experimentala, citat de health.yahoo.com. In cel mai bun caz, obiceiurile alimentare proaste schimba ADN-ul timp de cateva luni sau ani.
In cel mai rau caz, intreg codul genetic este schimbat, alterat, existand chiar posibilitatea de a se transmite, prin sange, copilului.
